We work with all levels of government, providing assistance in the development of policy and planning tools, as well as technical advice on land use planning, flood management and public infrastructure projects.

We have worked with government departments in most Australian States and Territories to provide advice on floodplain management, water infrastructure design and basin-scale water allocation. Our work with local government has included flood and catchment management studies to support development planning and assess flood mitigation options. We have particular expertise in the quantification of flood damage costs to assist in defining the costs and benefits of flood mitigation options.
